These terms apply to the 1:1 coaching offered by Lea Kostrakiewicz ("I", "me") through this website. By booking a call and confirming a spot, you agree to the terms below. Last updated: 10.08.2026.

1. What's included

The coaching package includes a weekly 30-minute call, WhatsApp access between calls during agreed hours, and a written plan that is adjusted throughout the twelve weeks. The exact scope is confirmed individually with each client on the initial call, before payment.

2. Who this is for

This coaching is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not suitable for anyone currently struggling with, or in recovery from, an eating disorder, and it is not medical advice or a substitute for care from a doctor or registered dietitian. By booking, you confirm that these conditions apply to you.

3. Price and payment

The current price is confirmed on the call before you book, and again before payment. Payment is made in full, via the payment link provided after the call, before coaching begins.

4. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me ([EMAIL]) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email).

Early start and loss of the right of withdrawal

Where you request that coaching begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, you will be asked to give a separate, explicit confirmation of this request and of the following: if the service is fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal is lost once performance is complete. If coaching starts within the period but is not yet fully performed, and you withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the coaching already provided.

5. Cancellation of individual calls

A weekly call can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Calls cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are counted as held and cannot be made up, except in cases of genuine emergency.

6. Ending the coaching early

Once the 14-day withdrawal period in section 4 has passed, payments already made are not refunded, including for weeks not used, as the fee is calculated for the full twelve-week program and the time is reserved accordingly.

7. Liability

Coaching is provided to the best of my knowledge and experience, but no specific result is guaranteed — outcomes depend on individual circumstances. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body or health. [CONFIRM THIS CLAUSE IN THE LEGAL CONSULTATION.]

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of protection under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
